What documents do I need to register?

You only need your business name, email, phone number, and city to register. For full account activation and COD remittance, you'll also need:

  • Business license or registration certificate (NIDA/BRELA)
  • TIN number (for invoice purposes)
  • Bank account or M-Pesa details for COD remittance
How long does onboarding take?

Basic onboarding is instant — you can start creating orders right after registration. Full verification (for COD remittance) takes 1-2 business days after you submit your documents. For 3PL/warehouse clients, full onboarding takes about 1 week including integration setup.

How does Cash On Delivery work?

When your customer places a COD order, we confirm it via call center, then our rider delivers the parcel and collects the exact cash amount from the customer. The rider photographs the cash as proof, and we remit the amount to your M-Pesa or bank account within 24 hours. You can track every step in your dashboard.

How fast do I get my COD money?

COD amounts are remitted within 24 hours for Dar es Salaam and major cities, 48 hours for regional towns, and 72 hours for remote areas. Remittance is sent directly to your M-Pesa or bank account. You'll receive an SMS and email notification when payment is sent.

What if a customer refuses to pay on delivery?

If a customer refuses, our rider marks it as "RTO" (Return to Origin) and the parcel is shipped back to your warehouse or our hub. We provide daily RTO reports so you can identify patterns. Our call center confirmation calls reduce RTO rates by up to 40% by verifying customer intent before dispatch.

What is the COD fee?

COD fees depend on the delivery zone:

Dar es Salaam1.5% of COD value
Major Cities2% of COD value
Regional Towns2.5% of COD value
Remote Areas3% of COD value

Minimum TZS 500. Negotiable for high-volume merchants (100+ parcels/month).
